I personally would’ve added the lobster meat at the very end to warm it up. Cooking in the sauce for that long can make it rubbery.
That's a tiny portion. Are we on a diet or has inflation affected our appetite? And what's up with the metal spoon on metal pan?
Looks nice but 80-100 bucks for an appetizer nope
