I subbed half-way through this video.. First time I've seen the channel, and I know I'm gonna binge on it! The way you explain things makes it seem so easy that even I can do it. I love that you love cast-iron like I do.. You even named your pan! Haha that is something I've not seen before. And your accent is priceless!! Ok, i'm off to watch more!
Nick, great as always.
Can you cook thick pork chops the same way
I am making this!
Yummy
Well this looked great then I saw the cast iron is nearly 300.00! lol. Cant afford that. I have a full set that was only 200 and that was several items. I think they work fine.

Looks tasty!
I get the cast iron skillet thing. I hated mine so much at first, everything stuck to it and I always thought I was doing something wrong. It just takes time to season it. Now it's my favorite cooking utensil.

My family are "mangiafagoli", from Sienna. Pork chops are always wonderful, and with beans even better, but I always thought 'scarole went with beans, no?
Nick, I truly believe I’ve seen everyone of your video. You are an amazing chef and your recipes are very easy to follow. I know, I’ve made several of them lol!!!! Keep up the good work, Nick. You’re doing a good job.
