【材料】12個分 生クリーム…200ml 練乳…100g ノアール…3個 ミルクチョコ…300g サラダ油…40ml チョコクランチ…46g 【作り方】 1.ノアール3個を細かく切る。 2.ボウルに生クリームと練乳を加えて8分立てにする。 3.細かくしたノアールを加えて良く混ぜる。 4.250ml入りの紙パック2個を器にして入れる。 5.アイスバー用スティックをそれぞれ6本をさして冷凍庫で4-5時間しっかりと冷やし固める。 6.固めたアイスをパックごとそれぞれ6等分する。 7.ミルクチョコを細かく割ってボウルに入れて電子レンジ600Wで約1分30秒温めて溶かして、チョコクランチを加えて混ぜる。 8.アイスクリームに7をコーティングする。 source
