Gluten free bread:
▶️ Ingredients:

For Yeast mixture
Instant Yeast : 1.5 tsp
Warm Water : 1/4 cup
Sugar (powdered): 1 tbsp

GF bread flour : 2 cups
For GF bread flour recipe, follow GF bread flour recipe

Salt: 1/2 tsp
Sugar (powdered): 2 tbsp
Eggs : 2
Olive oil : 2 tbsp
Soft butter : 2 tbsp
Baking powder: 1 tsp
Warm milk: 1 cup

🔶 Lemon Juice 1 tbsp can be added to increase softness.

▶️ Directions:
Add warm water in a bowl
Add sugar and yeast.
Proof it for 5 to 10 minutes.

Add GF bread flour in a big bowl
Add salt, baking powder and sugar and mix well.
Add eggs, olive oil, butter, yeast water mixture and warm milk.

Knead with electric kneading rods for 10 minutes.
Now transfer it in a greesed mold (size 7×3.5 inch) lined with butter paper.
Let it rise for an hour.

Preheat oven at 180 degree C.
Bake for 35 minutes.

Apply soft butter in top when bread is hot.
Slice it after cooling down.
Perfect and tasty gluten free bread is ready.

  2. I made this today and it was BEAUTIFUL coming out of the oven. I buttered it and set it to cool and then… it started to sink! Not the prettiest bread but it was delicious!! Any comments on why it shrank? I cooked it for 5 minutes longer than the recipe called for.

  4. Hello, I made this bread today. I ate the outer slice and I love the taste, thank you. I would like to make again and again and again. But I need help.
    I followed everything and it looked exactly as you show in this video. It doubled it size while proofing. It looked great when I took it out of the oven. I coated the top with butter, but after about one min the bread started to sink down. I let it cool and when I cut the slices, the bread is a bit sticky. I have convection oven. I baked it at 350 for 35 min. How can I fix this. It feels as if I should have cooked it a bit more. Any suggestions?
