pork chop: 1 kg (2 lb)
black pepper: 8 g (0.3 oz)
salt: 10 g (0.4 oz)
herbs of Provence: 10 g (0.4 oz)
onion: 2 pc
smoked bacon: 150 g (5.3 oz)
tomatoes: 1 pc
olive oil: 80 ml (2.7 fl oz)
garlic powder: 5 g (0.2 oz)
salt: 10 g (0.4 oz)
black pepper: 7 g (0.2 oz)
sweet paprika: 10 g (0.4 oz)
cabbage: 450 g (16 oz)
black pepper: 5 g (0.2 oz)
salt: 5 g (0.2 oz)
oil: 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)

The cabbage is a nice touch, but I think I would have gone in with some of my home made saurkraut instead.😋

Very nicely done. The pork becomes succulent, the potatoes turned out crispy and moist and the cabbage looks fantastic!
