I wouldn’t worry about where the dish is actually from personally, I’m just impressed because it looks absolutely scrumptious.

What about exceptional soup?
I would love an article about "fall river chow mein"- it's still my father's favorite 🙂
I feel like this video is for boomers only ….
But I don't think Mongolian beef in Taiwan is the same dish 😂
Do more authentic Chinese on this channel ❤

Mexican inspired foods but we don’t know how the f you got it America….we don’t use sour cream or cheddar.
Mongolian beef is a mystery to me but it’s so so tasty 😋 in Seattle we are known for our Teriyaki, even the worst places are better than other states teriyaki here.

Chop Suey is
Slang made by white people in the 40's..

Shout out to the peeps who learned American Chinese food isnt thw same as traditional chinese food from Total Drama. It's a weird place to learn such things to be sure but I'm sure we're all unique failures in our own ways as well.
Kevin Beef does not sound appetizing at all…
What's next? Russian Stout isn't actually Russian? Where do the lies end?
A Taiwanese in Beijing–sounds like authentic Chinese food to me!
Xiran Zhao, a Chinese-Born Canadian, made an excellent video detailing the unique history of Chinese-American cuisine and why it deserves respect as a diaspora culinary experience and idk that I, as a MR Desi-American, had ever felt so humbled haha. It might not be “traditional” Chinese cuisine, but it’s delicious in its own right, and it helped me learn to embrace my own family’s diaspora cuisine as just as valid too!
Love Mongolian Beef!
These two make me smile. Dads and sons….wisdom with a heavy dash of humor.
Interesting backstory…I think the name should be Jeffry Beef
