w the proper way it is cutting it as a whole First You clip off both edges and then you slice up and down and all the way around the melon, then you shouldn't have any rine. It takes some practice but it's the best way to do it.
I was taught working as a FRUIT CUTTER making Fruit Cups at a truck stop it was a never ending job… Trust me on this one..
