  1. I had a go at this today! It's in the kitchen resting for the next 45 minutes then I'm pulling it and having it with the family. Just some buns and coleslaw tonight. Hoping it tastes great. Thanks for the simple, easy to follow tutorial.

  2. You do it almost just like me, but I use cherry juice. We like to take the leftovers, fry them up in some lard (the real stuff) until a little crispy, and have carnitas. We can eat off of a 7lb roast for at least 3-4 days, depending on if my grown kids show up for dinner or not.
