"I could write a poem!" Love this response — how I feel about good food, too!
Oh my! This looks like gorditas perfection.
Hii rosa! I really love your channel. I actually binge watching you everytime. You're my favorite❤ you explain every step clearly and easy to understand. I just wanna ask you a favor if you could give me alternative ingredients that I could use? Cos for example, the cheese you used and the flour isn't available in my country, there's no Mexican store here. Hopefully you'll do it on your next vids too. Thank you!
This recipe is a winner. Delicious!
What an adorable couple. I really like how you present your recipes. Very well done. I'd subscribe, but I already did a long time ago. LOL I'll be trying these at some point.
Thank you for encouraging people to keep skin on potato. Better flavour and like you said, better fiber
Yes exactly what I was looking for.
Please use a spatula.
As a non Spanish speaking American, I had no idea gorditas actually had potato! This explains so much! Thank you for your concise, excellent content – I will be making these soon.
Nelson …….luck man ! God bless both of you .
Simple and easy…Great vid girl….. BUT Why your husband so skinny ?😂😂😂😂
How many gordiras does this recipe make?
👍👍👍
I made this recipe and it was so good!! I have tried many other versions but I will stay with this one. I reheated some in air fryer the next day and still so delicious!! thank you!
Awesome
Oh my goodness you're cooking is amazing 😋🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥❤️
Blessing and more blessings to you and your family 🙏 in Jesus name Amen
Hello, Rosanna! Can I use the air fryer to make gorditas ? Skipping the frying part? Thank you so much for delicious mexican recipes ❤.
Beautiful woman
You are such a wonderful cook, how does Nelson stay so thin?
Delicious Gorditas! Mixing potato and cheese in the Maseca is novel and tasty. I must recommend one important change. The recommended temperature of the frying oil to too low. At 325F as recommended the patties absorb the oil. I used a thermometer and checked the oil as I fried. 350-360F is a better temperature and Gorditas came out better when I raised the oil temp.
THAT LOOKS SOOO GOOD. I AM DEFINITELY GOINGTO TRY THIS! THANKS!
Thank you.
Where are ingredients
I love your videos. Thanks for sharing. Never had a gordita with potato and cheese in the actual tortilla part. I'm going to try them.

I am Soo happy I've subscribed to your channel. I really like non spicy Mexican food the way you cook and give full details to your recipes. I'll be sure to stay on your channel.
I call them Little Fatties. Gringas like me can use a spatula, but if y'all did your mom would be horrified!
So far I've mastered your Green Chicken and Pork Pozole..I swapped the pork another time and used steak and it was great also..now I'm going to try your Gorditas…I'm sure they will be great…Your making me a Great Mexican Chef 🤷♂️

Love your channel
What could I use to substitute the ground ancho Chile?
That was kinda like when you toast your shells first before you fry them.
Amazing
WOW I LOVE IT ON MY LIST OF COOKING SOON XOXOXO
Hi, I love your channel. Thanks for sharing. How about doing a tour of a Mexican grocery store? I need help picking the best ingredients.

Hi there! 🙋♀️ New to your page! 😃 Can I ask a question? Is there a substitute to the cheese and corn? I have dairy wheat and corn intolerances. But I’d love to make this for my family and a nice change.🙏💕💕🤗😊
This looks amaizing!!! What would be a good cotija cheese substitute? I can't seem to find any locally… thanks for such a good channel and you have a new fan! bless you.
