Ingredients:
4 Bone-In Pork Chops, 1-inch thick
4 Lemons, juiced
1/4 cup Branch and Vine Rosemary Infused Olive Oil –
4 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 tbsp dried Oregano
1/2 tbsp dried Thyme
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp dried Basil
1 lb Baby Potatoes
2 large Zucchini

  1. I did this tonight and I don’t think it turned out as right as it was supposed to. After 30 minutes the meat still was a little pink and it did measure at 150 degrees but I separated the veggies and put the meat back in to sit a little longer because it was just too pink for my comfort
