I spend a couple of hours meal prepping every week which saves so much time and money!🙌🏻 I like to meal prep for 3-4 days, so I don’t need to eat the same foods every day of the week☺️
Just a reminder that we are all different and need different amounts of food💚 It’s recommended to eat between 0.8 – 2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, depending how active your lifestyle is☺️ I’m currently trying to build muscle, so aiming for 80-100g of protein💪🏻

Honestly I love the noodle soup jars, but I feel like the broth wouldn't gain enough flavour (for me) so I'll probably add heated chicken/veggie broth instead.
I freeze 1 – 3 cup portions every time I make broth. It's so convenient to add to anything- sauces, rice, soups, even plain!
