Well thank god we have Breakfast like real human beings out here cause food is nostalgia. The smells and flavors you grew up with are what make you love certain dishes. Fine dining "yes chef" types spent their lives trying to appease some pretentious owner and end up making food that only a master chef in the same shithole industry could like or appreciate.
