So you make a recipe video but no where In the video do you say or put the measurement amounts? The only measurement I saw was the table spoon of tomato paste,half shallot and what looked like a whole bulb of garic.

I tried to make this. I'm a pretty good cook, but good lord this did not turn out very good. It has waaay too much garlic. Like you used 8 cloves of garlic in total, and that's more than twice as much as what you'd really need.
What seasoning did you use?
