1.9 lbs chicken feet
1 stalk scallion
1/2 tbsp of salt
Salt and pepper
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup of soy sauce
2 tbsp of calamansi extract or lemon juice
1/2 cup of banana ketchup or tomato catsup
2 cups of Sprite
2 cups of hot water (add more if needed)
2 star anise
Thai chili pepper (adjust to taste)
1 chicken cube seasoning

INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE No.2 (Chicken wings with Coca-cola)
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 lbs chicken wings
Salt and pepper
1 thumb sized ginger, minced
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice (or calamansi extract)
1 tbsp banana ketchup (or tomato ketchup)
1 cup Coca-Cola
Thai chili pepper (siling labuyo)
