Fruit And Yogurt Smoothie



Fruit And Yogurt Smoothie- Fresh fruit and Greek style yogurt combine for a refreshing smoothie.

Ingredient List:

1/2 Cup Blueberries
1/2 Cup Strawberries
Juice of 1/2 of a Lime
1-2 Tblsp grated Coconut
1 Tblsp Honey
1/2 Cup Yogurt Greek style plain
1/4 Cup Water
3-4 Ice cubes

Blend for approximately 2 minutes or until smooth. Frozen fruit may also be used instead of fresh, but eliminate the ice cubes and increase water to 1/2 cup.

You can use almost anything, I personally use 3 or 4 Heaping Tablespoons of Cherry Probiotic yogurt, 1 cup of frozen blueberries/raspberry/strawberry mix,1 & half bananas and 1 cup of Pomegranate juice. Or another good juice is Mango juice but use tropical fruits like Mango/Melons/peach/pineapple instead of berries. I've been doing this every day for years and they taste absolutely amazing and are very healthy for you.
