just whisk heavy cream with mascarpone, even though it’ll be less sweet its still good
then just run the cookies through any coffee you have, just make sure its strong
and then sprinkle sugar or cocoa powder or both

5 eggs, 120 gr of sugar ,750 gr of mascarpone, sovoiardi, 300 ml of cooffe and cacao power that's it.
