Another tip …I always tie my hair up in a tight pony tail when cooking …
Even though I knew where to come in on the introduction for "Praise, My Soul, the King of Heaven," the chord at the end of that second phrase makes that introduction a bit ackward and may result in a bit of confusion as to pitch of the first note. One of the recommendations I've received from various instructors is to try to avoid ending an introduction with a half-cadence.

So in my travels found out that tomato paste is sweeter then others, also use cherry tomatoes if you want to have a sweeter sauce. And fresh carrots are sweet as well and if you use carrots might as well make a Bolognese sauce, cause you already used red wine

She put the wrong end of the cheese in the sauce put the rind end in so the moisture can extract the taste of the dried cheese rind and boost the sauce

I start my sauce with knobs of butter instead of olive oil. I do a small drizzle later on. I agree with low and slow basil and pec. romano.

Made it! My first attempt at making red sauce from Scratch. It was awesome, no more Ragu or Prego for me. I did not have the red wine so I used some fresh chicken stock. I did go to the store around the corner. and picked up bottle of pinot noir. add a splash, save the rest to have with dinner.
