I got the same kind from Aldi. We had them as a snack before lunch at work and just ate them on a cracker but i thought they were good. I'm from the midwest so fresh smoked oysters are unheard of around here.

I’ve been eating those little canned smoked oysters for years, they’re tasty. For some reason they have kind of a liver flavor to me.
For anyone looking to try canned oysters… the larger the oysters, the less likely you will be chewing on sand. Reese is my favorite brand, large size if available.
