Since I like egg drop soup it's kind of similar to me but with the hoisen sauce instead of chicken stock. With beef in it. I will be making this tonight!!
Just watching Chinese Cooking videos to learn. There's definitely a lot to learn the "ART OF COOKING". These videos make it easier. Hopefully, I can buy all the 10+ spices and ingredients needed as well as the cooking utensils ( pans, mixing bowls, tongs, spatulas ). Is there a video that shows all the necessities for Chinese Cooking at home ?
