Just watching Chinese Cooking videos to learn. There's definitely a lot to learn the "ART OF COOKING". These videos make it easier. Hopefully, I can buy all the 10+ spices and ingredients needed as well as the cooking utensils ( pans, mixing bowls, tongs, spatulas ).
