In this BBQ video, I cook a marinated beef rib steak on my Weber Kettle charcoal grill. I marinated the steak in 1/2 balsamic vinegar and 1/2 avocado oil, and seasoned it with kosher salt and Johnny’s Seasoned Pepper. Then let it marinade on the counter for 1 1/2 – 2 hours. Finally, I cooked the steak indirectly on the grill until the internal temperature reached about 110 degrees F. Then seared it over the coals flipping it several times until the internal temperature reached 140 dEgrees F.
