    SHRIKHAND CHIA PUDDING

    Recipe
    250g Yogurt
    1tbsp Chia seeds
    4tbsp water
    1tbsp Honey
    Few strands of Kesar/Saffron (soaked in warm water)
    1 tbsp Pista (soaked in water)

    ⭐️ Place strainer on a bowl along with muslin cloth and add yogurt to it. Keep a weight on it for 30mins
    ⭐️ Mix chia seeds and water and set aside for 15mins
    ⭐️ Mix add the ingredients together.
    ⭐️ Transfer into small containers. Chill it then garnish
    Serve and enjoy!
