Pasta aglio e olio, lekker man. Ik doe er altijd een schep pastawater bij zodra de knoflook bruin begint te worden. Zag ik eens een Napolitaan doen op een filmpje dus die wist vast wat hij deed. Soms gooi ik er wat tonijn en geraspte citroen bij, ook een aanrader!
Heerlijk man! Ik doe altijd knoflook (ongebakken), selderij, peterselie, chilli, citroen, zwarte peper, basilica en peccorino. Heerlijk.
Klein beetje zout?
