What’s a sick food you have in your culture / family?
In india we have hot n cold congee, cold version we add lot of yogurt, chilles, fish and drink it. Perfect start in the summers. Hot version is a comfort food when you r sick. We take this with lots of vegetables n crackers.

This reminds me of a dish named "Haleem" typically made by slow cooking lamb or chicken in an assortment of spices and lentils it's a dish we enjoy every ramadan. It's very hearty and topped with crispy onions and ghee. Has more meat but a very worthy dish!!
