Do you cook all the brisket, ribs, sausage for the weekend during the week? And do you make your sides for the weekend during the week also
Great content on running your business. More please!!
The behind the scenes look in the food truck business to me is why your videos are intriguing and have me continuing to click. Please lean in to this as much as possible. I think a lot of folks like myself have been tempted to take a risk and make the plunge in the food truck game. Your videos can really educate folks in making the best possible decision. This does not look like it's for everyone, and your videos help provide transparency. Good stuff
Would love to see more of "A Day In The Life…" vlogs. I wish you all the success. Inspiring.
Hey man, I really like this style of video. You are living my dream and I’m buying my 750 gallon offset in three weeks. So I’m that much closer to getting like you! Huge inspiration brotha.
Hey Joe, if you ever make your way up to cloudcroft, check out Mad Jacks bbq! Straight from Lockhart, and learned to smoke from Franklins! Top 5 favorite bbq joints I’ve been to! I’ve been to Franklins and Terry Blacks so you know my expectations aren’t low lol

Thank you for sharing, I'm considering opening my own bbq food truck and this is very helpful for my research. Keep the videos coming.
New subscriber, really enjoy your videos. I appreciate your passion for cooking & serving others. Would like to see more videos of your day on your food truck! Thanks!!
What about something like a smashed grilled potato on the grill?
Next time I’m in El Paso, I will definitely time it while you are open. ‘Looks very tasty Joe.
I can't seem to find the first in this series, and yes, I'd like to see a Friday episode.
My wife works for Coke, it is unfortunate that they dont allow fountains for people that do low volume, or sell cans. They make their money off that plastic, and always say there is shortage of aluminum. Honestly Id buy a cooler and buy cans bulk from sams. im not telling you how to run your business, just an option, may save you some money.
where do you put the briskets to rest
Joe- How many slices do you get out of a typical brisket? Do you sell by the slice or ounces?
Great Food Truck! I will suggest you get a small covered spot to put a few things for frying potatoes, fry bread, etc. Also, You could also half sweet and regular potatoes and smoke them on your smoker or weber! Just a thought! Best for Smoking Joes! Hey
Do you leave the briskets and pulled pork in the warmer overnight until they’re ready to serve? Thank you
You make your briskets on Thursday how do you keep your briskets to serve on a Saturday or do you make brisket for each day

What type of warmer do you use and does the warmer end up drying out the meat at all?
I enjoy all your videos Smokin Joe. These 2 videos about the daily life in a BBQ food truck especially. I am in the process of looking at either buying or building a pit and starting my BBQ truck business dream up here in Northern Indiana and you are an inspiration. Keep up the great work and keep these videos coming.
Where is Part 1?
