Thank you for watching my day in the life at my food truck video. I wanted to show you all what happens behind the scenes at my food truck and talk a little about my experiences so far. 1. The behind the scenes look in the food truck business to me is why your videos are intriguing and have me continuing to click. Please lean in to this as much as possible. I think a lot of folks like myself have been tempted to take a risk and make the plunge in the food truck game. Your videos can really educate folks in making the best possible decision. This does not look like it's for everyone, and your videos help provide transparency. Good stuff

  2. Hey Joe, if you ever make your way up to cloudcroft, check out Mad Jacks bbq! Straight from Lockhart, and learned to smoke from Franklins! Top 5 favorite bbq joints I’ve been to! I’ve been to Franklins and Terry Blacks so you know my expectations aren’t low lol

  4. My wife works for Coke, it is unfortunate that they dont allow fountains for people that do low volume, or sell cans. They make their money off that plastic, and always say there is shortage of aluminum. Honestly Id buy a cooler and buy cans bulk from sams. im not telling you how to run your business, just an option, may save you some money.

  5. Great Food Truck! I will suggest you get a small covered spot to put a few things for frying potatoes, fry bread, etc. Also, You could also half sweet and regular potatoes and smoke them on your smoker or weber! Just a thought! Best for Smoking Joes! Hey
