I had the opportunity to eat Joe’s bbq this weekend and it did not disappoint! Excellent bbq and even greater people. I enjoyed meeting Joe, his bro, and daughter.

Well things happen. I am so happy that you are following this dream Joe. You are a big part of my inspiration to make my own sausage. I will be buying the LEM Stuffer soon. Not sure what my Subscribers will think about my videos on it, I thought about a new channel for the sausage making videos, one per month video. Maybe some day I will make the 10 hour trip to taste your BBQ. Years ago I was going to start a PAPA's Kitchen Food Truck, but I ended up with a Oil & Gas Services Company, less hours and work.
