A delicious recipe to eat Tofu for Breakfast! Tofu Toast Without Bread! [Vegan]



Delicious Tofu recipe you will enjoy for breakfast. This is an easy vegan recipe with tofu.

Ingredients:
300g (11oz) firm tofu
green onion
½ medium-size carrot
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
½ tsp turmeric
salt and black pepper to taste
dairy-free mozzarella cheese
vegan cheddar cheese
3 tbsp gram flour (chickpea flour)
130ml (5fl oz) plant-based milk
vegetable oil for frying

You can make 2-3 portions with the above ingredients.

  3. I have made this no fewer than 4 times and each time when I go to flip it in half it falls apart. Mine is even more golden brown than what you see in the video. I will try adding more chickpea flour with a hope of it thickening better. We'll see how that goes.

  4. Hello WE COOK VEGAN ! I have been trying to master this recipe but to no avail! My batter never “smooths out” like in the video prior to adding the Mozzarella cheese. My batter remains too coarse and will not fold without breaking. Bought the pan, followed the video specifically but denied a perfect result. Please help me…why will my batter not “settle” and become smooth on top so that i may fold it neatly? Thank you for this recipe and your videos!

  5. all this effort and extra stuff to try SO hard to mimic actual healthy, delicious, nutritional foods. all this weird processed stuff with additives to replace nutritional value so your body can try to absorb what it can from the fake food you’re eating, instead of giving your body what it needs and is literally designed to work with!! i know tofu and vegan “cheese” and i can absolutely guarantee that thing you made smells really bad!
