  1. Love this so much….Chicken, ham, cheese for a Cordon Bleu is one of my favorite foods. I like adding some greens like spinach or even fresh mustard greens with some vinegar and salt/pepper with it to cut the richness a bit. This video really was great for showing how to debone the thigh and make an awesome dish!
