  1. Why not just go by weight? For arguments sake lets say the nutritional info states said item is 20g for 1 TBSP. Now lets say your recipe requires 1/4c…. 1/4c is equal to 4 TBSP so then you weight out 20g (for 1 TBSP) x 4 (your recpie) = 80g. Such a hack! And it saves cleaning a separate measuring cup and wasting kitchen spray!
