A new recipe made of pork tenderloin on the pan, in white wine. It melts in your mouth!
Ingredients:
pork tenderloin – 2 pieces
olive oil – 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
salt – 10 g (0.35 oz)
black pepper – 5 g (0.18 oz)
white wine – 120 ml (½ cup)
Over low fire for 7 – 10 min
for the sauce:
onion – 1 piece
mushrooms – 250 g (8.8 oz)
salt – 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper – 3 g (0.11 oz)
sweet cooking cream – 200 ml (6.76 fl oz)

maillard reaction of browned meat and white wine worked just fine. i seem to miss the point of reusing it for mushroom souce
