I saw this on an episode. These are one of my favorite desserts to make. However I am inherently lazy so instead of making individual muffins, I pour the entire batter on a cookie sheet, bake it, then cut it into bars. I have also added different flavorings like lemon occasionally
So what's a version without almond flour? What does it do? Other than a potential flavor, does it have different protein in it? Ppl with nut allergy just die with these recipes 😂-

I’ve seen it with hazelnut flour. Maybe sunflower seeds could work as well.
