In this video, I visit the Bodega Bay Oyster Company and buy some large oysters to cook on the BBQ grill. These fresh, live oysters, turned out excellent, on my Weber charcoal grill. Fresh oysters, in the shell, are delicious grilled this way and topped with a variety of sauces. For more easy cooking and recipes, be sure to check out my easy cooking channel.

You paid $20 for a Dozen Oysters? I can buy them locally for $45 for 100 Large Singles. Very salty and Delicious which is a great price and far better than $20 for just a dozen.
Lemon , tapatio and salt
Watched this while eating char grilled oysters.

Gr8 video. I could eat a hundred of those oysters.
you know, in my place its 20 dollar too..
for 10 kilos of oyster….
Love this place! Best oysters in Cali! Great idea of grilling unopened!
Top Notch Tinman. Just made these tonight following your guidelines. I prepared a sauteed garlic-lemon butter sauce that I drenched over the half shell once it had opened (while preserving the natural oyster juice) and it was honestly the best oysters I have had. My mom agreed. Oddly, though, there wasn't much a charcoal taste imparted. I chalk that up the to too many coals and the oysters getting done/opening too quickly. Either way. Great technique. Thanks for the video.
nice video!!! oysters are so delicious. go niners!!
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
nothing a hammer cant open lol
By any chance did you clean them before throwing them on the grill ?
It’s the day before the 49ers go to the Super Bowl in 2019, Just so happens I’m looking at this video to make oysters tomorrow
