@gracieladelcarmenbenicio Qué barbaridades dices? Que no es caliente? Aunque se atempere el limón cocido queda un espanto, parece saliva de momia. Si querés mucho jugo comprá un exprimidor de prensa, el jugo de limón fresco es exquisito, calentándolo lo arruinas y arruinas la carne.

Junto a @alamoswinear 🍷 les compartimos todos los secretos sobre la molleja 🤤
1️⃣ Hay 2 tipos: garganta (es la glándula parotida) y corazón (glándula timo)
2️⃣ Cocción total: 2.10hs
3️⃣ cocinamos durante 2hs a fuego bajo, dándolas vuelta cada 30min para que no se quemen
4️⃣ últimos 10min a fuego fuerte para crocantearlas
5️⃣ el limón 🍋 va al final
