It’s moist, light and super easy to make; you can mix all of the ingredients together in one bowl to save time! This banana bread is packed full of delicious chocolate chips and chopped walnuts, but you can swap out the chocolate chips and walnuts for your favourite mix ins!
This recipe makes two 1 pound banana bread loaves, but I also include instructions on how to bake one 2 pound banana bread loaf in an air fryer, as well as how to make just one 1 pound banana bread loaf!

1 egg, room temperature
4g (1 tsp.) vanilla extract
pinch of salt
120ml (1/2 cup) oil, neutral flavoured
125ml (1/2 cup) sour cream
100g (1/2 cup) brown sugar
180g (1 1/2 cups) flour
4g (1 tsp.) bicarbonate soda / baking soda
2g (1/2 tsp.) baking powder
2.5g (1 tsp.) cinnamon
