500grm chicken (boneless)
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp salt
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp curd

for Gravy masala (powder)
6-7 cashew
1 black cardamom seeds
½ tbsp cumin
½ tbsp peppercorns
½ tbsp coriander seeds

for Gravy
2-3 cinnamon Stick
4 cloves
2 green cardamom
3 medium sized onion
2 large sized tomatoe puree
½ salt
3 tbsp malai (fresh cream) + some milk
2 green chillies
some chopped coriander
2 spoonfuls of oil
