『カリじゅわっ豚こま唐揚げ』 【材料】2人前 ・豚こま 400g (A)しょうゆ 大さじ1.5 (A)料理酒 大さじ1 (A)すりおろし生姜 小さじ2 (A)すりおろしニンニク 小さじ1 ・片栗粉 大さじ4 ・揚げ油 適量 【作り方 1.ボウルに豚こま切れ肉、(A)と片栗粉を入れてよく混ぜ合わせます。 2.一口大に丸めて成形します。 3.フライパンの底から2cm程の揚げ油を注ぎ、170℃まで熱します。2を入れて、中に火が通るまで7分程揚げ焼きにして、油を切ります。 4.器に大葉を敷き、3を盛り付けて完成です。 source
