Tacos Al Pastor is one of my favorite ways to enjoy pork. But making them at home using traditional methods can be difficult. However, using a simple accessory I’m making this delicious meal on the Lone Star Grillz Offset Smoker.
Al Pastor Marinade Ingredients
4 dried Guajillo Chiles
3 dried Ancho Chiles
2 Chipotle Chile Peppers
½ Onion Chopped
5 Garlic Cloves
½ cup Orange Juice
¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Black Peppercorns
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Dried Mexican Oregano
1 tsp Dried Thyme
½ tsp Cumin
1 cup Liquid From Chile Rehydration
