Love Aldi's
Black dots are parasites. They are dead from steaming
i saw these when i was shopping the other day snd im definitely gonna have to try em now. put my on game
I keep telling people ALDI has great quality food products people act like their to good to shop there but they carry really "clean" food products
Used to shop at aldi
The black dots are apparently are either a reaction to shell damage or leach larvae. Nothing about it being harmful in anyway from what I found. I buy them every time I see them there… Only once were they not great… And that’s out of at least a dozen times.
Why do people call ALDI low-cost? it sure isn't!
Aldi a sleeper frfr
Those tiny black dots are egg capsules laid by a type of leech called a "CRAB LEECH" that lay it's eggs on the outer shell of crabs, particularly snow crabs. They are generally harmless to humans and are usually killed when the crab is frozen then cooked.
Hope this helps ❤
Opilio/snow crab is great! Most times I've had great snow crab. I think I've only had a bad batch once.
I gotta stop watching these until i can afford some more, youve been leaving me craving crab so bad😂
We have Aldi up here in Philly. They have great deals. Love that place.
Can you buy the 160 dollar king crab box from costo and try it? Ppl are saying it doesn't taste good lol
Aldi = trader Joe's
And this is why Aldi is my main grocery store. Not only great prices, but wonderful quality and lots of specialty items. Their mussels and lobsters hit too.
Yay Aldi! They're always pretty good for the price in my experience, meats, seafood, produce and don't forget those center aisles of random home stuff. I got snow pants and boots for my kids from there one year and they're great.
Next I’ll be going down behind the 7-11, and getting some crabs from some lady’s of the night
I have never seen crab legs in Aldi's. 🤔I wonder if they're at all Aldi's or just at a select few.
The whole lobster from Aldi is also good and a good deal under $20 bucks
Some unique crabs to try for this series could be tiger crabs, spider crabs, mud crabs, crystal crabs and flower crabs
They are 18.69 for 24 oz that’s 12.46 per lb. Not very good price at all
YESSSSS THE BEST SERIES IS BACKKKKKK
I had bairdi crab from a local grocer ….it turned out so well, i didn't even need the harlic butter i prepaired.
That smile!!!!!😊😊😊
its almost like we germans are superior to you
17 bucks for crab legs? God that sounds too good to be true 😂 with the prices raising I'm shocked you got a nice price on crab legs
How did you thaw these??
Do you gotta say?
Aldi sucks big time.
Have you tried the Friday dollar oysters at Whole Foods? They're getting rid of it at some places but I always wondered about the quality since it's so cheap and there's no charge for shucking
Al-di not all-di
No more parties in Aldi
I only shop at Aldi!definitely looking for these next time I get groceries.thanks for sharing!❤
How many come in the box
I grab the box all
The time . They are great .
