Brad, because of your channel, over the last two years I have invested in an offset, a stand mixer and grinder attachment, and a sausage stuffer.
I imagine you will sell a lot of that seasoning. We get a blend from an Amish store nearby and make patties to take camping.

Bradley, I wanted you to know what a great thing your channel has done for me. I'm closer to your fathers age than yours at 69. I'm from Saratoga NY which is not very far from New Hampshire. I've had a hard time over the past couple years requiring double hip replacement. During the second surgery last December they found unusual tissue that turned out to be cancer. I went through 10 months of chemo and was very sick. Your channel helped keep me going and I'm happy to say the treatment worked and I'm cancer free. I only tell you this so you know how much you helped me. I imagine you to be the real deal after watching so many videos. You have inspired me get well and cook something outdoors. Keep at it my friend. I wanted you to know you help people in ways you might not imagine. I can't light a fire without looking for a snake in my boot. Godspeed in your pursuits.
I bet you could use those molds that are used to make the wax melts to pour the maple syrup in and then just pop them out.

Looking at your Sunny backyard kinda made me jealous! There is currently 15" of snow in my backyard!😂 JK I love this time of year, I get to shovel and Snowblow every evening when I get home! Lol I also get to ride my snowmobile out on the lake to my semi-permanent Ice Shanty and drink beer out there instead of the garage!!

I'm not one of those people who hate MSG, I think it's the magic for breakfast sausage. It was the final piece that took my homemade sausage from good (to me) to great (again, to me). That said, I'm definitely gonna have to try your seasoning… It just may get a shot of MSG added. 😄
