Puts the shrimp in BEFORE the rice. Shrimp cooks in 2 minutes, rice takes at least 20.

Im sure it taste good, but that is not really how many of ys grew up eating paella. Way too little seafood, but atleast he didnt mix meat with fish i hate that.
