1 banana
7-8 almonds
2-3 dates
2 spoon honey
1 cup milk
Recipe:
Add chopped banana,chopped dates,almonds, honey and milk to the blender
Blend everything into a smoothie
Take a serving glass and pour smoothie into it
Garnish with almonds chopped
Serve immediately or else milkshake may change colour
