Isn't it too sweet since it is white chocolate and you put enough sugar in your whipped cream , so maybe no need for the condensed milk

Hi Tatyanas, I'm looking for a good strawberry mousse recipe. I really love this one. I love the white chocolate and the condense milk you have put in. My question is…do you think that I can also put the mousse in a silicone mold? Wil it work to come out the mold?
