INGREDIENTS
-1.1Kilo Pork Kasim (shoulder)
-2 and 1/2Tbsp soy sauce
-1Tbsp knorr liquid seasoning
-4Tbsp oyster sauce
-ground black pepper
-2 and 1/2Tbsp calamansi juice
-300g pork liver sliced (marinated with 1/2Tbsp soy sauce and 1/2Tbsp knorr liquid seasoning and ground black pepper)
-2pcs carrots chopped into chunky cubes
-1pc medium size potato chopped into chunky cubes
-1tsp salt and ground black pepper
-cooking oil
-2pcs onions chopped
-1head garlic chopped
-1Tbsp tomato paste
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-water enough to submerge the meat (add more water if needed)
-250g tomato sauce
-2-3pcs dried bay leaves
-red and green sliced bell peppers
