TRY THIS NEXT TIME YOU MAKE PORK MENUDO AND YOU’LL LOVE THE RESULT!!! GRABE PANGHANDAAN ANG SARAP!!!

INGREDIENTS
-1.1Kilo Pork Kasim (shoulder)
-2 and 1/2Tbsp soy sauce
-1Tbsp knorr liquid seasoning
-4Tbsp oyster sauce
-ground black pepper
-2 and 1/2Tbsp calamansi juice
-300g pork liver sliced (marinated with 1/2Tbsp soy sauce and 1/2Tbsp knorr liquid seasoning and ground black pepper)
-2pcs carrots chopped into chunky cubes
-1pc medium size potato chopped into chunky cubes
-1tsp salt and ground black pepper
-cooking oil
-2pcs onions chopped
-1head garlic chopped
-1Tbsp tomato paste
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-water enough to submerge the meat (add more water if needed)
-250g tomato sauce
-2-3pcs dried bay leaves
-red and green sliced bell peppers

  1. KUYA FERN PAREQUEST NAMAN… Paano po ang sample ng kung gaanong karaming asin at paminta ang ilalagay sa pag marinade ng manok para sa Fried Chicken saka para sa batter.

    Hirap na hirap ako sa pag luto ng lets say around 400 – 500 grams na fried chicken, kasi hindi po ako marunong mag tantsa and takot ako mag tantsa. Kasi hindi ko sya matikman e. Malalaman ko lang na maalat or matabang pala kapag luto na sya huhu. Salamat po agad. Sana mapansin.
