Arabian Pudding with Mango Twist Recipe:

Ingredients:✨☘️
Milk – 2 cups
Vanilla custard powder – 2 tablespoons
Condensed milk – ¼ cup + ½ cup (divided)
Bread slices – 8 (edges removed)
Mango puree – 2 cups
Sugar – ¼ cup
Fresh cream – 1 cup

Instructions:✨☘️
1. Prepare Custard:
In a saucepan, combine 2 cups of milk, 2 tbsp vanilla custard powder, and ¼ cup condensed milk.
Mix well and cook over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Remove from heat and let it cool down just a little.
2. Layer the Bread:
Cut the edges off 8 slices of bread.
Place a layer of bread slices in a serving mold or dish.
3. Add a Custard Layer:
Pour the warm custard mixture over the bread layer evenly.
4. Prepare Mango Layer:
In a pan, cook 2 cups of mango puree with ¼ cup sugar on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Let it cool slightly, then pour it over the custard layer.
5. Repeat Layers:
Repeat the layering process: another set of bread slices, followed by custard, then mango puree.
6. Final Cream Topping:
In a small bowl, mix 1 cup fresh cream with ½ cup condensed milk.
Pour this mixture over the final mango puree layer.
7. Chill and Serve:
Refrigerate the pudding for at least 2 hours or until set.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
