Arabian Pudding with Mango Twist Recipe:

Ingredients:✨☘️

Milk – 2 cups

Vanilla custard powder – 2 tablespoons

Condensed milk – ΒΌ cup + Β½ cup (divided)

Bread slices – 8 (edges removed)

Mango puree – 2 cups

Sugar – ΒΌ cup

Fresh cream – 1 cup

Instructions:✨☘️

1. Prepare Custard:

In a saucepan, combine 2 cups of milk, 2 tbsp vanilla custard powder, and ΒΌ cup condensed milk.

Mix well and cook over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until it thickens slightly.

Remove from heat and let it cool down just a little.

2. Layer the Bread:

Cut the edges off 8 slices of bread.

Place a layer of bread slices in a serving mold or dish.

3. Add a Custard Layer:

Pour the warm custard mixture over the bread layer evenly.

4. Prepare Mango Layer:

In a pan, cook 2 cups of mango puree with ΒΌ cup sugar on low heat for about 5 minutes.

Let it cool slightly, then pour it over the custard layer.

5. Repeat Layers:

Repeat the layering process: another set of bread slices, followed by custard, then mango puree.

6. Final Cream Topping:

In a small bowl, mix 1 cup fresh cream with Β½ cup condensed milk.

Pour this mixture over the final mango puree layer.

7. Chill and Serve:

Refrigerate the pudding for at least 2 hours or until set.

Serve chilled and enjoy!
