INGREDIENTS
All Purpose Flour – 2 Cups (240g)
Semolina – 1 Cup (120g)
Salt – 1 Tsp
Sugar – 1 Tsp
Instant Yeast – 1 1 /2 Tsp
Baking Powder – 1/2 Tsp (Optional)
Olive Oil – 1 Tbsp
Luke Warm Water – 150ml Approx
(Shredded Chicken Filling)
Oil – 1 Tbsp
Chicken – 500g (Boiled & Shredded)
OIl – 2 Tbsp
Ginger & Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp
Onion – 2 Medium Sliced
Green Chilies – 2 Chopped
Chili Flakes – 1 Tbsp
Pepper POwder – 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Coriander Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Salt – 1/2 Tsp
Bell Pepper – 1/2
Stock Water – 1/2 Cup
Spring Onion – Handful (Chopped)
Salad Leaves
Tomato Sauce
Mayonnaise
Cheese (optional)
