Aromatic Pork and Cabbage Stir Fry | How to Cook Chinese Cabbage Stir-Fry – Chinese Stir Fry Recipes



Hello everyone, Today I show how to cook Pork and Cabbage Stir Fry easily and quickly. Pork and Cabbage Stir Fry tastes yummy and slightly crumpy.

Ingredient:
_ Cabbage, 400g
_ Pork Belly, 200g
_ Garlic
_ Green Onions
_ Cooking Oil
_ Palm Sugar, 1 tsp
_ Fish Sauce, 1 tbsp
_ Oyster Sauce, 2 tbsp
_ Black Peppers, to taste
Method:
1. Cut the cabbage into bite sized pieces.
2. wash the cabbage with salt and drain the water off.
3. Cut the pork belly into thinly slices.
4. Pour a lot amount of oil in pan. Add the chopped garlic and fry for a few seconds until fragrance.
5. Add the pork. let the pork cook for 4-5 minutes.
6. Add the sugar, fish sauce and oyster sauce. black peppers to taste.
6. Add cabbage in, make a quick stir fry, then add the green onions.Serve hot.
