Asian Beef with Ramen Noodles

1 tsp Oil
2 lbs Ground Beef
1 Medium Onion – chopped
4 Cloves Garlic – minced
4 pkgs Ramen Soup Mix – discard seasoning packet
2 1/2 C Water

Sauce

2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
2 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Mirin1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes

Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds

In a large skillet heat oil, add onions cooking until they just start to turn translucent, add garlic
coooking for 1 -2 minutes. Add ground beef cooking until no longer pink, discard excess liquid if needed.

Add in sauce mixing until beef is coated with the mixture. Push ground beef to outside rim forming a well, pour in water heating just until it starts to boil. Add in noodles to center of pan, cook for 2 minutes then flip noodles over cooking another 2 – 3 minutes or until the noodles are cooked through. Lower heat. Gently pull apart the noodles and mix into ground beef mixture.

Garnish with sliced scallions and sesame seeds.
